cdb33 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cdb33 platform and all services under it. By accessing cdb33, creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use cdb33's services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and cdb33 and defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

2.1 Creating an Account

To open an account at cdb33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts under the same person is considered a serious violation of these Terms.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cdb33 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily restricted.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials completely confidential. No one else may use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

• Providing your correct name, address, and contact details is mandatory.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity on the account.

To use cdb33's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For 21+ Only").
• You must not be a resident of any area where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Your financial transactions must be conducted through lawful means.
• Using any automated software, bots, or other technology to operate the platform is prohibited.

cdb33 may request necessary documents to verify age at any time. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cdb33 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, for a total of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳32,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit amount). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address, or device.
• After receiving a bonus, the deposited amount may be withdrawn, but wagering must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• cdb33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account reviewed.

5.1 Deposit Rules

The approved payment methods for depositing funds into your cdb33 account are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds must come from a lawful source and must belong to the account holder.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Each withdrawal request is processed after review.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn if wagering requirements have not been met.
• cdb33 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

5.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cdb33 itself does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals, however the payment method's own charges may apply.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited while using the cdb33 platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or unauthorized software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting unauthorized access to cdb33's systems, servers, or networks.
• Abusive or offensive behavior toward other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or transferring benefits.

Violating these prohibitions gives cdb33 the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

7.1 Closure by cdb33

cdb33 may restrict or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation or fraud is found.
• If evidence of a false identity or false information is found.
• In cases of failure to provide verification documents.
• For legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

7.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Before closure, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance will be provided; however, any balance that includes bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

All content on the cdb33 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, game interfaces — is the intellectual property of cdb33. No member may copy, distribute, or republish these materials without permission.

Game software is the intellectual property of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and other game providers. The terms of these providers also apply.

cdb33 makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption and free of errors. Nevertheless, cdb33 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures.
• Unauthorized account access by a third party.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or incorrect information.
• Any guarantee on game outcomes — all games are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

In any circumstance, cdb33's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
